"Starbuck has been doing Search and Rescue since October of 2013 when we went to our first human remains detection seminar hosted by Utah Search Dogs! She trained in human remains detection, trailing, and avalanche rescue with Utah Search Dogs before we moved to Texas in 2017. Since then, she has been working as a human remains detection dog for Alamo Area Search and Rescue." - Christian Fritz

The sooner a search is started the better the chance for survival.  Alamo Area Search and Rescue will only respond to calls from law enforcement or the responsible local, state or federal agency. With approval from the responsible agency, Alamo Area Search and Rescue will assist other search organizations.
